His passion is his strength. Perfection is his dream. His soul is similar to a well structured building, well conscious for the eternal dimension. His name is Ardi Kollçaku, but one can call him CAE.
Construction Albania Enterprise is his baby, same as Leonard and Sara, his children that he is often forced to wake up in order to meet with them at the end of the long working days. He spends daily 14-17 hours at work.

He was born in 1972. His schooling was Law, but Construction is his destiny. And Kollçaku is proud about that.
“In a country like Albania, where everything was missing, future looked like a fallen wall. We have to raise it again”- explains Kollçaku on why he chose this sector.
During his long stay in Italy, Kollçaku studied Renaissance Architecture, historic palaces, the churches and every monumental building where his companies were engaged in restoration.

“Have you ever perceived the time inside a historic building? It is like walking on an eternal ground… you restore and reinforce the walls and see the splendor returning as it used to be centuries ago, vivid and brilliant”- he says staring at something only he can feel with a sixth sense.  

“For an Albanian entrepreneur, construction was a no-choice solution. It was an obligation. We had to start working to regain the time we had lost in many long dark centuries”- Kollçaku stresses.

“Albanian enjoys today the experience, the tools, the necessary means and a clear prospective of what their country should be like. The only thing we still need is the will to put all these things together, in a monumental structure of decisions and hard work, which can stand to the time”.

His methodology to success is related to trust and human values. “An organization is always a group of people who share responsibilities, visions and trust”. In his daily work this component is enriched with the working culture produced in a dozen years of experience in Italy. “We are making this European culture a common ground in Albania and here we make the difference”- Kollçaku adds.

C.A.E shpk joined recently a group of companies, taking the lead of Elite Group, which is compounded by Elite Mine, Elite Energy, Elite Real Estate, Elite Travel and Tours, as well as RED 99 -  a shipping and forwarding company which facilitates the operations to the rest of group’ members.

“I’m in love with the future,- Kollçaku confesses. Passion for the work makes my day a dream. Every night I stop, wishing strongly to return to my dreams the next morning. And they are marvelous dreams”- C.A.E. General Manager concludes.
