Construction Albania Enterprise shpk was established in Albania in August 2007. Its solely owner and GM is MA. Ardi Kollçaku. But his company’s history enjoys a much longer track of successes in the last decade. 1996
Mr. Kollçaku founded on 1996 the “Titan Ponteggi” company, as a small brigade of construction services. Its main experience was based on the mounting of fixed and electric scaffolding in the region of Emilia Romagna and the rest of northern Italy.
As the company grew up, “Titan Ponteggi“ became an ambitious player in the field of construction.

1998
Due to the high performance and the impressive growth, on 1998 “Titan Ponteggi” was prized with the prominent award of “ITALIA CHE LAVORA”.
At the same year, Mr. Kollçaku founded his new company “AE s.n.c.”. As the assets value of the company reached over EUR 850 thousand, the new company engaged mainly as subcontractor to building and restoring small projects of different types .

Costruzioni Amico Edile srl (C.A.E. srl- Italy) was established in January 2005 due the increasing demand by the clients and thanks to the excellent experience gained. C.A.E. srl was offering turn key solutions in the Italian market starting from the study, planning, operational and financial management. Mr. Kollçaku is here as well the only owner and GM. 2006
Counting on its professional staff and effective management organization, C.A.E. srl (Italy) reached by 2006 the assets value of app. EUR 6.5 Mil , offering a reliable start to real estate operations where the company purchased the necessary land (sites) to develop its own residential buildings.
Enjoying an extremely favorable market momentum, Mr.Kollçaku founded and managed also two new companies namely Ardi Costruzioni srl (2006) and Global Costruzioni srl (2007).

A lover of his native country, Ardi Kollçaku decided to make his dream true and bring to Albania his vast experience and the European spirit of entrepreneurship. This is how Construction Albania Enterprise (C.A.E. shpk) was founded in August 2007 in Tirana.
With extremely clear objectives in mind and a rich experience, he introduced his company in the market of great industrial building projects.
Construction Albania Enterprise shpk is actually a subcontractor of ACMAR s.c.p.a - contractor of PIA ( Petrolifera Italo-Albanese), currently performing civil and industrial works related to the EUR 56 Mil “Petrolifera Vlore” project.

| The total value of the civil and industrial works that C.A.E sh.p.k will perform is 16 Million EUR.
The work started months ago, consists mainly in: - Construction of the Port (total value approx. EUR 7.5 mil)
- Construction of the Pier (total value approx EUR 3 mil)
- Civil Constructions: foundation, surrounding areas, offices and residential ambient (total value approx. EUR 3 mil)
- Road (aprox. 2 km that connects the pier with the road Fier Vlore) (total value approx. EUR 1 mil)
- Autostrada (rreth 1.8 km qe lidh pontilin me hekurudhen Fier – Vlore) (total value approx. EUR 1.5 mil)

The total value of the C.A.E. shpk sub-contract is EUR 16 Mil.
Since Nov.2007 C.A.E. shpk is the subcontractor of Energy shpk engaged in the construction of the EUR 130 Mil project of Kalivaç Hydropower station (100 MW installed capacity).

The value for the work done regarding the deviation of the river flow is 230.000,00 Euro.
