The company was established in August 2007 in Albania, following a row of achievements made in the italian market by its founder and his numerous cooperators and partners. Deutsche Bank joined this partnership and made it more fruitful.

Since its creation C.A.E. shpk endorsed the leading experience of a team of professionals, the vivid spirit of enterprise of its president and GM, the coordination of an effective organization and the capacity to reach beyond expectations.

This is why C.A.E. shpk has been subcontracted for the construction of the EUR 56 Mil “Petrolifera Vlore” project – a coastal terminal for LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gases), Oil (Diesel, Gasoline etc.) and additional liquid and dry products in the Bay of Vlora at the southern Albania coastline. Since Nov.2007 C.A.E shpk is also a subcontractor of Energy shpk engaged in the construction of the  EUR 130 Mil project of Kalivaç Hydropower station (100 MW installed power). C.A.E. shpk is hired to construct the damn, amounting to app. EUR 80 Mil. More Info
